Why the owner loves the property:
We love the space, warmth and peace of this 2020-built flat, with its efficient underfloor heating & stylish finishes. The living area and the main bedroom are sizeable, as is the storage cupboard. With the dual aspect we get so much light- morning sun on the large balcony above the gardens and evening sun in the study and bedroom. Working from home is a breeze with the second bedroom making a great guest room and study, and we’re wired for gigabit internet. Our car is safe and sound in the secure underground car park, in the designated space, and it’s convenient to have concierge Greg keeping an eye on things and helping with deliveries. We make good use of the residents’ gym, and the lovely gardens. The street and development are impressively quiet for the location and the communal gardens are tranquil, offering a sanctuary from life’s hustle and bustle. The location is incredible, a stone’s throw from top shopping and dining in Kingston and Maple Road in Surbiton, whilst also being a short walk to Surbiton and Kingston stations. There are frequent express trains to Waterloo - you can be on the South Bank in 35 minutes, and buses radiate in all directions, including one to the vineyard at Dorking! At weekends, we enjoy the Surbiton Farmers’ Market, and walking along the riverbank between Kingston and Richmond or to Hampton Court Palace. It’s also half an hour’s drive to Heathrow, less to the M25.We’ll be really sorry to leave this great flat in a lovely development.
