Derek Ward is in fact Andrew's father, and therefore the 'Ward' name has become synonymous with Estate Agency over the past 50 years or so, particularly in the Barnet, Potters Bar and Brookmans Park areas.

Since opening, the company has expanded in all sorts of different ways and is very proud of its record.
