We are delighted to offer this well-presented, bright and spacious 2-bedroom ground floor apartment. The property is conveniently situated within easy access of our outstanding on-site facilities including the restaurant, café bar, reception, library, wellness spa, beautifully manicured gardens and bowling green.

You enter the apartment into a welcoming hallway, which provides access to all rooms and two generous storage cupboards.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen has wall and base units with under cupboard lighting, stainless steel sink and drainer, granite work surfaces, built-in eye level Neff double oven and ceramic hob and integrated Neff fridge freezer. Laundry facilities are located in a separate utility cupboard, accessed from the hallway.

The tasteful living / dining room is well proportioned, allowing plenty of space to entertain family or friends. With French doors leading to a West facing sunny patio area. Offering a double-glazed bay window and electric fire with Bath stone-effect surround. TV and satellite point*.
