"This home has had the same owners since it was first built (around 50 years ago) - always a sign of a 'forever home'. It's clear, too, that it's been cared-for and maintained over the years, with smart exterior, tasteful decor, and a mature & vibrant garden.

We particularly love the large windows throughout - this contemporary design was common in 1970s architecture, and the effect is rooms filled with natural daylight and more enjoyment of garden views. We understand the windows were replaced in around 2013, so fully-double glazed to modern standards. Also, as this home is in such a secluded spot, there's no issue with privacy or passers-by looking in.

There's an extra strip of land to the right of the driveway (screened by laurel hedging) - perfect for tucking away bins and recycling, but with potential to widen the driveway (although there is ample parking already).

The location is hard to beat - nearby Cantley Park is around 70 acres of greenery, including tennis courts, floodlit football & hockey pitches, and an interactive playground. There are lovely walks (and occasional deer sightings) and ancient oak trees to enjoy.
