"Our family home here at Morgan Drive has been the hub for endless family fun and good times with friends The downstairs is perfect for hosting as it’s spacious, light, and homely all at the same time and we worked hard to make sure it’s an inviting environment. The open-plan rear of the house allows for that inside/outside living and has allowed us to be in the kitchen while still being able to keep an eye on the kids in the garden. The recently built home office with a covered Games room is ideal as we both work from home.
We find the playground opposite and the Downs Link at the bottom of the road a great way to get out for a family walk and have often gone on a bike ride around the Surrey Hills which is also just around the corner. We have great schools nearby and lovely surrounding neighbours.
We have spent many summers chilling in the garden with friends and family and had many breakfasts outside in the summer as the sun rises it’s glorious and being on one of the most private plots makes it feel like our own private space.
The drive was another of our projects, we feel it perfectly sets off the house, allows for plenty of parking space, and perhaps most importantly for the kids, room for basketball, the fencing and gates make for a truly safe area.
We have loved our time living here, it’s truly been a fantastic family house and one that I am sure another family will have as many good times as we have."

"From the moment you drive up to this stunning family home, you get the 'WOW' factor... The current owners have beautifully extended this property, with loads of natural light flooding into the property from every window and open space. The full-width conservatory which has been added creates a lovely open-planned modern family living space, the addition of the study is perfect for anyone who currently works from home. I love the landscaped rear garden which offers a great entertaining space, with its covered Oak Pergola with BBQ & seating area, to the covered games area for all the family to enjoy. An excellent-sized home office completes this gorgeous home."
