Description

"I’ve loved living in my beautiful flat for the past six years. Being in Montpelier, close to the vibrancy of Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road, I’ve spent many a lazy Sunday morning enjoying breakfast in the Crafty Egg or Bristolian. It’s foodie’s heaven with amazing restaurants on the doorstep. I’ve been able to explore the city on foot, pop to the Canteen to hear live music, and soak up the sun at St Andrew’s Park. I’ll really miss it and hope the next person has just as many happy times there."

Bath Buildings is a quiet residential street, just off of the ever popular Picton Street. Residents benefit from being within immediate reach of the colourful, independent shops that make this part of Bristol so popular with coffee shops such as The Bristolian, Emmeline, Café Kino and The Crafty Egg all within walking distance whilst local pubs such as The Cadbury, The Old England, and The Star and Garter also come highly recommended. For commuters, Montpelier is extremely well placed for a short walk or cycle into Bristol City Centre. Buses run frequently along the A38 and train transport is available across the city and to Bristol Temple Meads via nearby Montpelier train station. For those looking for access to green space, the house is just a short walk from St Andrews Park and the Narroways Nature Reserve in St Werburghs, whilst getting out to the country via the nearby M32 or Temple Meads train station is also straightforward.

Located in Georgian property is this beautiful first floor flat. Minimalist in design and displaying an abundance of period character, the presentation of the interior is crisp and clean, an ideal first time purchase for someone looking to benefit from all the area has to offer. The focal point is the living area, in which the large window frames allow for plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming environment. Off the living room is the contemporary kitchen which follows the theme of the stylish interior design. A large double bedroom and eye-catching bathroom suite completes the accommodation.
