The third bedroom, currently used as a study, has a window to the front and useful storage built-in to one end. The shower room has a tiled floor, a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

11 Danford close has an attractive front garden with shrub beds either side of the path that leads to the front door. The drive to the side provides parking, before leading on to the garage, which is accessed via an up and over door. A personnel door is set to the side, to allow easy pedestrian access. Power and light are connected within the garage. Doors lead into the bungalow and to the utility room.

The rear courtyard garden is easily managed with large, paved areas for table and chairs. Shrubs provide colour and interest throughout the year.
