The property we offer is located in the village of Gostilitsa, 12 km from Dryanovo and 18 km from Gabrovo. The village has two shops, one of which is very large and well-stocked. The area is attractive due to its beautiful nature, clean air, and excellent opportunities for relaxation. The proximity of Gostilitsa to nearby towns makes it a preferred location for permanent living.

The property is located in the higher part of the village, situated on two plots with a total area of 1,700 sq.m. It offers a wonderful panorama and is accessible all-year-round via two asphalt roads.
