Instalments up to 3 years after the end of the interest-free period - 6% annual interest on the remaining payment amount;
Instalment plan over 3 years up to a maximum of 7 years after the end of the interest-free period;
9% annual interest on the remaining payment amount.

The annual maintenance fee is 12 Euro/sq.m
