As someone who loves 1930’s houses the first thing I think of is the generous plot sizes and this house is no exception. To the front is a huge driveway which at a minimum fits 4 but could easily park more, the front of the house has great curb appeal with a number of upgrades such as the front door, windows and garage tying into the current owners vision of a modern  but equally traditional look.

 

The stand out feature has to be the garden, with great proportions opens endless potential for using this space. There is a large patio space with plenty of space for alfresco dining as well as a laid to lawn area, seating area at the foot of the garden, sheds as well as the garden is a sun trap all day.

 

Looking to the future there are so many aspects you can extend (stp) which is best displayed by the neighbouring property, on their house you can see a loft conversion, two storey rear extension and an extension above the current garage.
