With London’s beautifully lit Albert Bridge just a stone’s throw away.  

Plus shopping is easy, with a supermarket 3 mins away at Battersea Bridge next to The Royal College of Art. The building and the neighbourhood are very quiet.

The building itself is very well maintained, with cleaners attending to the common parts every day except Sunday. It's Wandsworth, so one of the lowest Council Taxes in Britain.
