From Minehead proceed on the A39 towards Williton passing through the villages of Carhampton, Bilbrook and Washford.

On leaving Washford after approximately a mile turn left at Tropiquaria roundabout signposted Watchet B3191.

Follow the road for a mile and a half into Watchet, proceed down Brendon Road where the access lane to the property will be found on the right hand side just after the left hand turn over the railway bridge into the town centre.
