The land is located in a central area of the city, overlooking the monumental area and it is close to important equipments and green areas.

This land has an approved Allotment Project, with pardon to payment and due to its location, it will have a great impact in the development of the entire central area of the city.

There was a serious concern in integrating the new allotment in the central area of the city, creating targeted axes and safeguarding an overall positive impact.

The project to be implemented in the parcel under consideration fits appropriately in its surroundings, consisting of the Maria do Céu Mendes neighbourhood and a consolidated area of multifamily housing.
