The Main House

A private driveway to the north-east from Holbecks Lane, approaches Holbecks House through the parkland. Tenancy

The intention would be that the property is let either on a Common Law Tenancy or Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 lease depending on the nature of the intended use. The exact terms of any such lease will be open to negotiation, but in terms of repairing obligations it is expected that the Landlord will remain responsible for the structural repairs, but that a Tenant will take on some liability for internal decoration and repair.
