Step four: Your current property must be under offer within 5 weeks
Step five: You complete full reservation paperwork for your new home at Rainham

From the point your offer is agreed you will have 5 weeks to be under offer and progressing to a full reservation. This allows for a 2 week valuation stage, whereby Connells will be instructed to make contact with you to book in your valuation. The remaining 3 weeks allow for your existing property to be a live listing with the nominated estate agent, with the view to be under offer as per the 5 week hold period.
