The Village is known for the artistic colony and flamboyant social life of the Bloomsbury Group at Garsington Manor which was the home from 1914 to 1928 of Phillip and Ottoline Morrell and for the Garsington Opera, which was staged there from 1989 to 2010. We think you will fall in love with our house as we did.  It is airy and light and we have felt incredibly fortunate to have beautiful views and sunsets every day. Our neighbours on both sides are lovely (both have grown-up children) and we have always felt very safe here. Garsington is a very pretty, friendly village with a good village hall, a pub, a social club and playing fields. There are also a number of clubs and societies to join and a regular Garsington newsletter, with a great deal of local information, is delivered to your home.
