There is access to the shared Milbank gardens and the nearest supermarkets (Sainsburys and Tesco) are 3 minutes away on Marsham Street.   

There are numerous shops and places to eat in Pimlico village or in Victoria.  There is a Gymbox gym and a Curzon cinema on Victoria Street which is easily walkable.  A bit further north and you hit St James park which is beautiful and usually quiet.
