We are M&M Properties, your independent ARLA Licenced letting and property management company established in 1986. We began our journey with only one property to rent, operating from a back bedroom in Linslade and now 35 years on manage over 800 homes in Leighton Buzzard and the surrounding areas. The reputation of the company found itself quickly being passed on by word of mouth, and client by client we have formed a market leading company who genuinely care about making your property experience a well planned and enjoyable one.

Directors Mike Smith and Steve Root are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and The National Association of Estate Agents and we currently have three members of our Leighton Buzzard team completing exams for licensing. An licensed ARLA agent is qualified to the highest industry standards and is required to keep up to date with the latest developments in the market and with the changing legislation effecting letting and property management. Without this knowledge and expertise, whether you are a tenant or a landlord you may be badly advised or misled – or you may even suffer financial loss as a result. There are currently NO mandatory regulation of letting and property management agents in the UK so we are voluntarily ensuring the above standard of service is met.
