The Location:
North View is a delightful road that has been regarded a top location within Winchester for some years due to the stunning views and proximity to Orams Arbour. It is within catchment of Western Church of England Primary School and The Westgate 'through' School, both rated 'good' by Ofsted. Peter Symonds VI Form College is also situated close by. The railway station and all the amenities of the City Centre are a walk away, including St Paul's Surgery and Pharmacy in Alison Way. Local shopping facilities are found on Stockbridge Road as well as more comprehensive facilities on Stoney Lane where there is a Waitrose store as well as smaller retailers. There are also excellent transport links to London by train or road, whilst Southampton International Airport, the South Coast for sailing and the New Forest for walking and riding are all within an easy drive. There are lovely walks along the river Itchen, through The Water Meadows and St. Catherine's Hill.

Directions:
Walk past the Westgate, bearing right onto Upper High Street, turning left over the railway bridge and left again onto Clifton Road. Turn right and walk over the arbour with the play park on your right. North View will be found straight ahead the property will be found on the right-hand side.
