This residential park, some two miles from Tavistock is tucked into the side of Cox Tor and inside the National Park boundary. A short walk finds you on the expanse of Dartmoor and all its glory. Originally part of a holiday complex it is now a community in its own entity with only a shared access to alert you to the existence of your neighbours. The park is set back from the road with fields and sheep an indication that you have a farm nearby.
