We will be very sad to leave but it’s time for another younger family to enjoy living here.

We are so excited to have the opportunity of marketing this, beautifully cared for home that such an amazing position and plot as you can see from the details. This is such a fantastic location for a huge variety of reasons but the fact that it is ready to move into and offers excellent opportunity to extend, is rare.

At the front of this home you have a central entrance hall which leads around to the left into a lovely lounge space, complete with feature log burner making it feel really cosy. This then leads into a huge conservatory which spans almost the entire width of the back of the home, perfect for entertaining or to use as an additional dining space. On the opposite side of the house you a greeted with a spacious open plan kitchen/ dining space which has a lovely warming country feel to it. The home also has the benefit of an additional sitting area with French doors leading onto the garden and patio space.

One of the many things we love about this house is the addition of the downstairs cloakroom and utility space, which is ideal if you have dogs or even muddy children to come into.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with two of them being good size doubles. The master bedroom is at the front and is one of our personal favourite rooms in this house, not only is it a fantastic size but it also has a huge window letting in plenty of natural light.
