This luxurious one-bedroom apartment is pet friendly and situated on the 4th floor, fitted out to provide the best living experience possible. It has a generously sized open living space with floor to ceiling windows, one double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a high quality kitchen with lots of storage space and integrated appliances. The apartment is furnished with private parking spaces available for an additional fee (POA). There also is a secure bike storage which includes a fully kitted workshop.

Ideal for birthdays or gatherings that require a little extra fanfare, there’s a fully equipped kitchen at the far end and a solid oak dining table to seat up to 18.For cosy catch ups with the neighbours, The Den is a sophisticated hangout space with a wall-mounted television, pool table and a stack of board games.

Where do we start with Birmingham? One of the UK’s largest cities, it has its own unique character and is a multicultural hub for creativity, independent eateries , bars and shops in the heart of the Midlands. You’ll find hidden gems throughout the city, however let’s start local to The Lansdowne with Edgbaston and the fantastic local places to eat including the newly opened Smoke and Ash Pizzeria, which offers the finest Italian cuisine and some great experimental cocktails. Chapter restaurant offers delicious breakfast through to dinner menus, whilst Loki Wines has an amazing choice of wines and bottled beers, which can be enjoyed on their terrace. For some good old fashioned grub, you can head to The High Field or The Physician. However, if you fancy a touch of luxury why not head to the Michelin star restaurant, Simpson.
