This is a bright and spacious house, it is ready to move into and enjoy, there is double glazing, reversible air conditioning and a pellet burner.
This detached house was built in the 1980's its nicely decorated and has a lovely fitted kitchen, spacious lounge/dining room with wood pellet burner, and doors to the undercover terrace and the pool with large decking area. The conservatory looks out over the garden. There are 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, plus a family shower room. WC. There is a utility and storage area, several sheds plus a workshop. The house is a short walk to the village restaurant, and just 5 minute's drive to the larger Towns. The garden has mature trees and many areas where you can enjoy the sun or the shade, loads of room for a vegetable patch, and even some goats or a pony!
