The second bedroom is again a good size and overlooks the rear garden. The bathroom has benefitted from a recent refit and is now partially tiled, and fitted with a three-piece suite including WC, washbasin and bath with shower over.

Initially, there is a patio area, which leads onto chippings and is enclosed by timber fenced boarders. There is also an area of artificial lawn and a raised decking area at the bottom with a single established tree overhead.
