There is a full wet bar, and built-in laundry area. Dramatic tongue and groove wood cathedral ceilings in the great room, with upper windows letting in lots of light. Dining area has room enough for seating 8 to 10 people with views of the ocean. Each room has its own split air conditioner. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor deck with plenty of room for eating and entertaining. A few steps down the deck to a sandy path, bordered with many palm trees, takes you to a white sand beach and to a sun deck at the waters edge. One of the most beautiful private beaches on Long Island, where you can walk for over a mile. There is also a 2bd/1ba cottage with hickory wood floors, cathedral ceilings & great ocean views from the elevated deck. In addition to all of this, there is also an oversized single car garage.
