Victoria park village is just down the road 10/15 min walk through Victoria Park, offering an abundance of high quality independent shops, restaurants and several pubs and bars.

Surrounded by Victoria Park and canals, you can now also walk directly into the Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping centre with it's shops, cinemas and restaurants, just a 5 minute stroll away. The area is very good for cycling, with easy access to the canal, enabling 20 minute cycle commute to Canary Wharf, 5 minutes to London fields/Broadway Market, 10 mins to Dalston etc
