Charlton House is approached over a gravel driveway which culminates at the house and detached double garage and provides ample off road parking. The delightful front garden runs along side the driveway and is edged with a variety of specimen trees and hedging.

The impressive garden to the rear is predominantly laid to landscaped lawn with established mixed hedging to the perimeter, providing year round colour and privacy.
