We have been lucky enough to call this house our home for more than 15 years. It is safe to say we have absolutely loved living here!
We have loved the amount of space it has for a two bed - two double bedrooms, both of which we have used as the master over the years; the big living room; and the fab conservatory which we use every day whatever the weather since insulating the roof.
We’ve made some changes over the years which we hope you’ll like. We’ve fitted a kitchen, had solar panels installed, and put in underfloor heating downstairs which is absolutely lovely in the winter.

Arncott itself is fab. We love having the park and playing field right outside the door and there are some great walks out the back of the village and up Arncott hill. Thomas runs a lovely shop in the centre of the village which is a godsend for bits and pieces or emergency snacks! It’s also been a great location for us as it’s so close to Bicester, but also on a cheeky back route into Oxford for commuting or days out.
