Description

Owners Comments...
For the past 25 years, this house has been more than just a place to live. When I first set out to find the perfect house to raise my children, I was looking for a place that offered more than just four walls. I wanted a home with the potential to grow alongside my family, with excellent transport links and convenient shopping nearby. This house provided all of that and more. Over the years, we've carefully extended and enhanced this house to make it the ideal family home. It is perfectly situated with easy access to the shopping areas of Eastcote, Ruislip Manor, and Ruislip. Commuting is convenient, with local stations offering access to the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, and the Central line available from nearby West Ruislip or South Ruislip stations. The area has several excellent schools and green spaces, including a nearby park just a short walk through a footpath from the house.
We have loved living here but as 'empty-nesters' we are now looking to downsize. We hope this home will bring the same joy and convenience to its next owners.

James The Agents Comments...
An amazing family home that has been lovingly renovated to a high standard. Four well-proportioned double bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and W.Cs needed for a big family home. Downstairs there are multiple living spaces including a huge room previously used for childminding that can be adapted to however your lifestyle desires with an impressive kitchen and dining room, home office and utility room. Externally the property is immaculate and has been maintained perfectly, a big driveway to accommodate multiple cars and a nice-sized garden accessed by two sets of bi-fold doors. Location wise this house is central to most of what a family needs in Ruislip, tube stations, High Streets and schools all on your doorstep along with parks and recreation grounds. Overall, a fabulous turnkey ready home.
