Owners' comments...

Mum moved to Cadwell Drive in 1986, she absolutely loved her garden and spent many hours in the garden planting and potting. I have recently found many photographs showing both the front, back and corner plot in full bloom!
Sadly, due to poor health Mum is in a care home and it is now time for the house to be transformed back into a home, it needs new family to take on the project, bring the house back to life and once again all the rooms can be filled with love and laughter!

If you're looking for something to put your stamp on, and something that can be extended, this house is the perfect opportunity! There's a garage and downstairs loo either side of the entrance hall. The living room and kitchen/dining room are both at the back of the house and both rooms feel lovely and bright. Upstairs has three double bedrooms and the bathroom - the loo is separate to the bathroom at the moment but it's really common and fairly simple to combine these rooms into one.

Many other houses along the road have already extended to the side and converted the garage, so there's plenty of precedent and inspiration to turn this place into something special. There's no onward chain and this one will be very popular so make sure you get to see it quickly.

Cadwell Drive is a stone's throw from Ockwells Park and is only around a 5 minute drive from the centre of Maidenhead with all the usual high street shops, and eateries you'd expect as well as a cinema. The mainline station will take you into Paddington in around 20 mins, and thanks to the recent opening of the Elizabeth "Lizzy" Line you're connected to the London Underground as well! Maidenhead is surrounded by gorgeous little villages, hamlets and National Trust land and properties, so there's plenty of countryside (and country pubs!) to explore in all directions.
