Our opinion
This is a nice-sized, attractive project from a reputable developer and conveniently located close to the centre of Samoens, walking distance to the bars, restaurants and shops. It also has good access to/from the main ski lift and is walkable to the lake/sports centre for summer activities.

Location
L'Initial is just over 500 metres to the south-west of the very centre of Samoens, half-way between it and the main ski-lift. It is very close to the ice-rink and a 15-minute walk to the outdoor pool and lake for summer activities. There is a bus stop close by for access to the ski-lift.
