I have lived here for over 17 years, the location is wonderful, town is a short walk away as is the leisure centre and there are several good local primary schools and a secondary school also all within easy walking distance. The ring road surrounding Bicester is very easily assessable making travelling in any direction a breeze. Both train stations are within walking distance, the closest being Bicester north. There are several parks and three very close shops with long opening hours. The neighbours are fabulous and have all lived here longer than me which is testament to how happy everyone is. The garden is not overlooked and with the Bure farm nature reserve behind also very quiet. All in all this has been the most wonderful home to bring my children up in.

Agent's view:

Like a Tardis. From looking at the home from the front, you would not expect it to be quite as big inside. Having had a double storey extension to the rear, plus the addition of a conservatory and further bedroom in the loft, this home offers loads of space for a large family. The current owner has also paid for the windows to be replaced and this work will be carried out before a new buyer moves in.
