The property is located in Bells Yew Green, a small rural hamlet on the outskirts of Frant (1.5 miles), Lamberhurst (4.5 miles) and Tunbridge Wells (2.5 miles).

The area is designated as one of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are numerous footpaths through the local woodland and farmland, easily accessible.

There is a bus service from Bells Yew Green into Tunbridge Wells, and a service to Lamberhurst and Wadhurst, including Uplands Academy.
