Itemised bank statement covering the last three consecutive months. This
should show salary and rental payments and any direct debits appropriately
annotated.
Proof of savings or a gift letter accompanied by evidence of available funds
that must be sufficient to cover buying costs and a mortgage deposit
Current loan and credit card statements covering the last three consecutive
months
Two items of proof of your residential address for example a utility bill or council
tax bill. Mobile phone bills are not an acceptable form of proof of address.
