There are three floors of stairs with no elevator. The stairs are large and comfortable. The TERRACE is stunning. There is a fantastic sunset every month of the year. Towards the end of September the sun starts setting on the sea just in front of you and before that, it sets to the right side behind the hill and it is very beautiful too. This is actually one of the best places to enjoy the sunset in Menorca. The terrace has a table (from Emu brand) to sit comfortably up to 6 people, 2 deckchairs (Emu) and a super comfortable bench that you can also use to lay down to read and contemplate the view. Pillows and cushions have been custom made for the apartment. There is a great outdoor hot shower because an outdoor shower is important during holidays. A 9Kg LG washing machine is hidden in a small closet on the terrace. The view is incredible because it is very diverse. You will see the blue sea with its splashes of turquoise and you can also admire the Barranc des Bec, a natural reserve with a pond and wild animals that you will see from the apartment: horses, pigs, donkeys. At night you will hear frogs and crickets. It is lovely! The spacious LIVING ROOM has an open kitchen and a very large window which can be fully open making indoor and outdoor as a unique space with a view that will hypnotize you. The living area has a comfortable sofa (can work also as a double bed), a custom made low wood table and a hay armchair where to relax. The wood furniture, the paintings and many decoration objects have been manufactured by local artists and artisans custom made specifically for the apartment. Design lamps (Aroma del Campo) have been chosen to illuminate the place. If you are into art and aesthetic and appreciate unique objects you have found the place for your holidays in Menorca. The KITCHEN has a large fridge, a dishwasher, both LG brand, a vitroceramic hob, and an oven. A bench with a wood table and 4 chairs to comfortably sit up to 6 people completes the kitchen. The NIGHT AREA is composed of two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) , a spacious closet and several shelves. The master bedroom has a magnificent view towards a wood, another protected area surrounding the building, and the curated garden of the condo. This bedroom has a super silent fan ceiling and an ensuite bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. The bathroom lamps have been designed by Farré&Costa and custom made by a local ceramist. The second bedroom, also with a fan ceiling and overlooking the woods, has two single beds (90x200) with a second bathroom with shower in front of the bedroom. You will find several Frette linen sheets and Frette bath towels and beach towels in excellent conditions. Frette is an Italian luxury brand that can make the place more appealing to prospect guests if you decide to rent it. The condo POOL is lovely because the garden is very rich and perfectly maintained. You will be surrounded by palm trees, bougainvilleas and many colourful flowers. There is a main pool for adults and two smaller pools for children. One is about 40cm deep and the other is 55cm deep. A perfect place to have parents relaxing while playing with their small children. The street in front of the building is very quiet so you will enjoy a restful time. Free parking all around the apartment is easy to find. You will also find a vacuum cleaner from Miele, iron and iron board. The apartment will allow you to move in without having to buy anything.
