Wolsdon House is located in south east Cornwall, approximately 3.5 miles from the town of Torpoint and approximately 6.6 miles from the centre of the city of Plymouth in Devon via the Torpoint Ferry. Torpoint provides local services, whilst a mainline railway station is located at St Germans approximately 6 miles from the Property with direct links to London Paddington.
Plymouth offers a number of marinas with access to the River Tamar sailing waters. Plymouth is also home to a cross channel ferry port providing links to Roscoff in Brittany and Santander in Spain. HM Naval Base Devonport, the largest naval base in Western Europe, is also located at Plymouth.
The M5 motorway at Exeter is accessible approximately 62 miles north east of the property via the A38.
