Very nice penthouse in a luxury apartment complex. The property consists of a cosy living/dining room with access to a huge covered terrace, which can be completely closed with glass. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom, where the hot water boiler hangs and the washing machine is located. If you go to the solarium via a fixed interior staircase, you come to a very spacious terrace with a shower, for any cooling on a hot day.The penthouse was built only in 2018 and is as good as new. With the spacious arrangement of the apartment buildings in the complex and the well-maintained gardens, it immediately gives a sense of holiday. There are 3 swimming pools in the complex (an indoor pool, an outdoor play pool and an outdoor pool for swimming laps). There is also a sauna, finesse room, playground and table tennis area. Villamartín is the name of an urbanization and a golf course in Orihuela Costa which belongs to the province of Alicante and the Valencian Community on the Costa Blanca.It is considered to be one of the many new developments in this area of the Costa Blanca in recent times. Very popular with tourists, the majority of the population consists of expatriate communities from Europe that have settled there over the past 10 years, virtually transforming the initial small community into a modern looking town.The Villamartín urbanization is also known for its central plaza located near the Villamartín Golf Course. In this plaza you will find banks, supermarkets, a doctor's office and a wide range of bars, night clubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as several apartments. The square is built around a land populated with palm trees that are home to many families of ringed parrots from Africa. These parrots have achieved celebrity status, as many visitors are not used to seeing them in their home countries and have become another attraction in the area.Villamartín has two first class golf courses; Campo de Golf Villamartín, which hosted the 1994 Mediterranean Open, and Campo de Golf Las Ramblas.
