We bought this house from new five years ago and it has been a delightful home in a very convenient location and not only includes the garage but also two parking spaces as well as visitor parking. We love being in a semi-rural environment with a friendly community and great places to walk the dog. Having the Polo Sports Centre on the door step and the golf club virtually next door, makes it is a great location for sporting enthusiasts.
It is only three miles to Canterbury city centre and we can be in Waitrose in about five minutes. As well as supermarkets and individual shops the city includes historic buildings, two theatres, a cinema complex, restaurants, bars, three universities, excellent state and private schools plus two train stations with the high speed train whisking you to St Pancras in 54 minutes. Nearby Littlebourne includes a convenience store, primary school, recreation ground and a delightful pub/restaurant.
