Outside there is ample off street gated parking for two vehicles to the front of the property, accessed over a private lane. There are front and rear stone walled gardens, mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs.

The current vendors have recently modernised the property throughout, to create an immaculately presented, spacious property which is flooded with natural light. 2 Church Place will appeal to a broad range of buyers, particularly those looking for a weekend retreat, family home or wishing to invest in a holiday property.
