We have checked Richmond Planning Register and a planning refusal occurred under application number 10/14684/FUL on 1st December 2010 for the erection of a detached 2 storey dwelling extending to 128sqm / 1373sqft with planning decision comments to include....."scale and siting.....". No appeal or re-submission has taken place since then from our research.
