An exceptional family home located on a peaceful lane within the popular town of Tiptree. Immaculate accommodation is accompanied by a stunning south facing garden.

Ludlow is a wonderful family home situated on a peaceful lane in Tiptree. The house has been really looked after over the years with additions that have vastly improved the accommodation to create this lovely family home. As you enter the house you are greeted by a welcoming hallway that leads through to the ground floor accommodation. The first room you arrive into is the kitchen where you will find a bespoke walnut kitchen with quality granite work surface and appliances. There is access to a downstairs cloakroom located just off of the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a large living room with air conditioning and views of the garden. A dining room is perfectly located with access from both the living room and kitchen while a third reception room allows space for a home office, playroom or ground floor bedroom if required.

On the first floor the property offers a lovely principal bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite with shower. Across the landing there are two identical bedrooms both with wardrobes and a fourth bedroom. The family bathroom has been upgraded in recent years and includes under floor heating.

The front of the house has a well maintained garden and off street parking for a couple of cars in front of the garage. The garden is a real feature and ideal for relaxing and entertaining. A patio area, with awning, runs along the rear of the property to a side patio underneath a mature tree that acts a shade during the summer. A manicured lawn extends to the end of the plot with several mature trees and bushes that create a degree of privacy. There is a low level patio that makes an ideal seating area and a couple of sheds at the rear of the garden.
