Priced to sell. Chalet Nyon is right next to the cable car of the same name, giving very easy access to the Morzine ski area as well as the mountain biking and hiking trails in the summer. Renovated with a lot of style in 2011 and with a strong rental history, the chalet is offered with all the furniture, making it a turnkey purchase for an interested buyer.

Location
Chalet Nyon is situated in the Vallée de la Manche, a 3-minute drive to the south of Morzine centre or a 20 minute-walk along a pretty, riverside path. It is right next to the Nyon cable car, giving easy access into the Morzine ski area. There is a regular, free bus service into town and to the other ski areas with a stop less than 200 metres from the chalet.
