We chose Oakham Park due to the size of the development with just over 100 houses with its own little woods and a stream running through it. Very idyllic. The whole area offers endless woodland walks and our favourite walk through the local golf course to the local coffee house and neighbouring bakery is such a treat. Initially we came to look at 3 bed properties but when we heard the 2 bed was available, we took one look and couldn’t believe the size of the property and the large garden that came with it. Its situated in a small secluded cul-de-sac with the loveliest of neighbours. We have ultra fast broadband which is great when working from home. Its going to be hard leaving such a wonderful home but we know that the next owners will absolutely love living here.

Oakham Park is one of our favourite developments and this home sits in a lovely quiet cul de sac location. Built by award winning developers Bewley Homes in 2019, the finish on this house is excellent throughout and our current sellers have kept it in great condition throughout.

This is such a perfect location for anyone moving with a family or who is looking to start a family with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. As you can see this home has some fantastic space on offer both upstairs and downstairs with some great room sizes.

To the front of the home you've got a great size kitchen which is a superb specification, boasting solid stone worktops, integrated SMEG appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven with gas hob. You've also got enough space to have a breakfast bar like our current sellers or table. Moving further toward the back of the home you have a well fitted cloakroom with plenty of storage under the stairs. At the back there is tastefully finished living & dining room with more storage and French doors leading onto the garden.

Upstairs there are two generous double bedrooms both which come with fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom being at the front benefitting from it's own en suite shower room. There is also a separate main bathroom which again has been finished to an excellent standard. One of the things you can't see from the details is how big the loft space is and there is also the potential to be able to create a further bedroom by doing a loft conversion (subject to planning).

Outside the rear garden is an ideal size and really is the perfect entertaining space in the summer months. Bucklers Park Nature Reserve is on the doorstep which provides an ideal space for walking, cycling and has over 100 acres of Woodland to explore.
