"We have lived in this house for almost 15 years. We have been so lucky to have beautiful sea views with fire works at the seafront visible on New Year's eve! We have a 70ft, secluded garden which gives plenty of room to enjoy a green space. We have lovely, kind neighbours too. Parking is never an issue here and we have a bus stop literally on the doorstep. A walk into town is around half an hour, but locally we have Saunders Park, Sainsburys, Aldi and a variety of coffee shops on Lewes Road. There are lovely walking routes up from Bear Road onto Warren Road and the race course, taking in the sheep, sunflowers and horses as you go. We have enjoyed living here, bringing up our family, but now is time for us to move on for a little more space."
