The hotel provides about 1200m2 of accommodation over 3 floors plus a lower floor with ample parking, lift to reception, boiler room as well as external parking and garden. The ground floor provides 8 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms and two of which have been adapted for disabled guests, the apartment for owners or staff which consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The first floor, which corresponds to the ground floor on one side of the property contains the entrance foyer, reception, large restaurant and bar with panoramic views over the surrounding hills and villages, kitchens and bathrooms. The second-floor landing leads to 10 further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious covered terrace again with superb panoramic views over the surrounding area and the river Lima. The hotel needs cosmetic work to bring it up to a god standard such as painting etc, but does not require renovation. Linda appeared for RTE, Irish TV and for Channel 4‘s ‘A Place in the Sun’, where she accompanied Amanda Lamb along the shores of Lake Como by boat, to show her some of the stunning villas, including the one owned by George Clooney.
