THE PROPERTY
There is a large living area with comfy sofas, chairs and a large Flat screen TV for socialising with fellow house mates. This area also leads out to a small rear garden, perfect for those summer days. With side access as well so you can store bicycles if you have them.

The kitchen space is fully equipped and includes everything you might reasonably need and includes: 2 Hobs and 2 Ovens, Microwave, a full length American style fridge and separate full height freezer. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer! The kitchen comes fully finished with cutlery, plates, pots and pans for your use. When we say you could move in with a suitcase, we really mean it!

THE ROOM
The rooms come complete with beautiful and spacious en-suites, fully furnished with large wardrobes and plenty of storage (incl a desk in every room), their own Smart 4K TV as well as a fridge! The rooms have been designed with comfort in mind, taking into account how our living needs has changed over the past year.

One simple all-inclusive monthly fee covers:

THE LOCATION
The property is very close to Wellingborough with the town centre only a short walk away! There is also a LIDL, Sainsbury's and Tesco Extra a short drive away. Rushden Lakes is also close by where you can shop till your heart's content and go for a nice stroll around the lakes.

There are easy transport links to the whole of Northamptonshire with the A45 close by. Wellingborough Train Station is only a 20 minute walk away where there are regular trains to London to the South and Birmingham to the North.

YOUR HOUSEMATES

DEPOSIT & REFERENCING
The holding deposit for all the rooms is one weeks rent. This is the commitment we ask of you to take the room off the market, to ensure you get the room you want and start the process of referencing. The holding deposit forms part of the actual deposit which varies dependent on the room rent, this is only due if you pass referencing.

All our housemates have to be referenced, it is how we make sure we get the right people in the house. This is done all remotely and online through a company called Goodlord, where you will have your own portal so you can track your progress. It is quick and simple and usually takes 3-5 working days but is often quicker. We won't be able to move you in before this is done.
