The hut is located close to the entrance of the beach which is also close to a small shop, amusement areas, fish bar, Silver Sands restaurant/pub for refreshments/food and public toilets.
There is parking available close by (permits can be purchased from the Borough Council of King's Lynn for £58.10 valid from 1st March to 31st October.

Viewings are strictly by appointment only though Town and Country.
