From Launceston Town Centre proceed down the A388 (St Thomas Road). Upon reaching the roundabout at Newport take the right hand turning towards Holsworthy. At the next mini-roundabout take the left hand turning at the Spar Shop up Roydon Road. Take the right hand turning into Broad Park and continue bearing left up the hill. At the top bear left again where No. 22 will be identified at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right hand side marked with a Webbers For Sale Board.
