I have absolutely loved living in this apartment! The location is amazing having Bucklers Forest on the door step and also walking distance to the high street. The main thing that attracted me to the apartment itself was the large balcony and the spacious feel inside. The evening views of the sun setting behind the trees is beautiful. I also couldn’t ask for better neighbours not only in the block but also the rest of Hawthorn Drive.

This isn't the first time we've had the pleasure of selling one of these apartments in Buckler's Park as they are stunning, and this one is no different! It has been extremely well looked after by our seller who bought the home from new in 2019 with Legal and General Homes. The space is fantastic with a great size bedroom with built in wardrobe and a huge floor to ceiling window. The bathroom has a fantastic finish; it's fully tiled and even includes a lit and heated mirror. The kitchen finish is also exquisite with built in Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. This home is also on gas central heating controlled by Hive but this also means you also get the benefit of a gas hob in the kitchen. There is ample storage with two large storage cupboards in the entrance hall and there is also allocated parking behind with ample space for visitors nearby.

There is a huge amount of light in this home as the windows are all huge as you can see from the details, but the real stand out feature for us is the wrap around balcony complete with outside power sockets and lighting... the perfect entertaining space! This would make a fantastic purchase for someone who is looking for something ready to move straight into or perhaps the perfect investment property. Area comments...

This is such a fantastic location, Buckler's Park is very desirable with acres of woodland walks right on your doorstep. There is such a great community here coupled also with a new school and shops and pub being built. Although this is right on the bus route, Crowthorne High Street is only at 15 minute walk away where you have all of the local village amenities including a doctors surgery, coffee shops, supermarkets and pubs. There is also a parade of shops on Greenwood Road including a Tesco express which is a short walk away You also have some fantastic transport links into London with Crowthorne's Station just over 2 miles away and easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
