Built in 2003, this flat is on the second floor of a small apartment building with a total of six flats. It is located on the east side of Portimão about 2 km from the famous Penina golf course and Portimão airport, which is used for parachuting and from where the Sevenair airline flies to all parts of Portugal. Nearby are shops and a supermarket. The beaches of Praia da Rocha and Alvor are about 4 km away. The flat consists of two floors. From the living room, stairs lead to the two spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. Parking is available in front of the door or behind an enclosed lot next to the apartment building.

Formally, the flat consists of one layer with a gross floor area of almost 70 m2. During construction, the floor under the roof, where the two bedrooms are located, was added to the flat. The result is a spacious flat with a habitable gross floor area of about 105 m2.

A common staircase leads to the second floor, where the front door opens into the living room. The tile-clad living room has a cosy and comfortable closed fireplace. Sliding doors give access to the approximately 10 m2 south-west facing terrace. At the rear is the generously equipped kitchen with an enclosed storage room. Sliding doors give access to the rear terrace where the washing machine is also located and a fixed BBQ. Between the living room and the kitchen is a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.

An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor with the two spacious bedrooms, each with a skylight. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Between the bedrooms is a bathroom with toilet and shower.
